Worrier or Warrior?

Do you wake up and immediately begin to worry?

Worrying can be a habit we get into in order to cope with life’s uncertainty.

For some of us the ‘appeal’ of worrying is that we can feel we have some element of control; and use it almost as a ritual which will stave off the worst case scenario.

If you are one of life’s worriers, then accept that this can be one method to help in ordering our chaotic personal world. However, keep it short and sweet. Allow a specified time only! Say 5 minutes of worry and then 5 minutes of optimistic daydreaming.

Become a warrior of optimism instead!
